In today’s lesson, we explored services for victims of abuse, social problems, and children in need of help. Special attention was given to shelters and support systems for women who have experienced domestic violence, highlighting how these services aim to restore a sense of dignity and self-worth in their lives. The session emphasized the importance of providing emotional and mental support to victims, allowing them to regain independence and establish a safe, fulfilling lifestyle. These vital services are available not only in Malta but also through international organizations, ensuring that assistance is accessible globally.
