In this lesson, we continued to discuss body image management and how we can improve our body image. Body image is part of our self-image, encompassing how we see ourselves and how we believe others perceive us. We explored how our body image can change over time influenced by family, friends, and culture. It is crucial to set small, achievable goals for self-improvement, maintain a positive outlook throughout the process, and embrace both our strengths and limitations to develop confidence and a healthy self-esteem.
