Step 1 – Student to complete the worksheet Teamwork Situation to better understand a situation where teamwork is required

Step 2 – Student is to think about something which s/he needs to decide  on. Student is to use the worksheet called Decision Making – Decizjonijiet which can be done either in Maltese or in English.

Step 3 – Student is now to imagine he needs to take a decision within a team. Student is to watch the featured video Consensus Building. Consensus means agreement, so this video portrays a situation where an agreement was reached between the members of an organisation. After watching the situation given in the video the student is to reflect the process with which the team members came to a decision and ways they used to arrive to that decision.

Step 4 – Student to go through the Group decision Making Information resource so that s/he become more informed on different ways of making a decision in a group

Step 5 – In a group student is to participate in the End of the World activity and take decisions as a group. Student is then to reflect on which methods of decision making were used.

Step 5 – As an additional fun task student can play with the members of the family or with virtual friends the game Group Bonding Games – Who are you?
