Step 1: Download Lezione 1 zip file.

Step 2: Open the zip file and extract all the content. Ask for help if you don’t know how to unzip.

Step 3: After you extract, go to the folder chiaroa1n_lezione1. Open the pdf file named Lezione 1 and go to page 11 exercise 3. (page numbers are at the bottom)

Step 4: In the main folder, open the folder audio. Play Traccia 1. Listen to the audio file and answer 3a, 3b, 3c. Repeat Traccia 1.

Step 5: Go to page 13 exercise 7 in the pdf file. Listen to Traccia 2 from the audio folder. Work out exercise 7 a and b.

Step 6: Go to page 15 exercise 10a. Listen to the alphabet in Italian from Traccia 3.

Step 7: Go to page 16 exercise 12a. Listen to the numbers in Italian from Traccia 4.

Step 8: Go to pages 16/17 exercise 14a, 14b, 14c. Listen to the dialogue from Traccia 5 and answer the questions. Repeat Traccia 5.

Step 9: Go to page 17 d and e. Listen to Traccia 6 and answer the questions. Repeat Traccia 6.

Step 10: Go to page 20. Watch this video and work out questions 1, 2, 3. Watch the video again to check your answers.

Step 11: Look at page 19. Read and revise the notes.

Extra: In the esercizi folder, open the pdf esercizi 1 and work out some exercises.  If you want to listen to the audio, you will find them in the folder audio-es-U1.
