Remember to present the meal in an attractive way and to include a healthy drink with it, preferably freshly squeezed fruit and/or vegetables. Take a photo of your meal and share with your friends on social media. You can also film yourself whilst preparing the meal, and then upload it on Instagram, Youtube or Tik Tok.
